NOTICE: PLEASE PUT BREED AND NAME OF SHOW ON CHECK
PLEASE NOTE: Refund of entry fees (minus $15.00 processing fee) for bitches entered in Rally that come in season after closing date of this show may be obtained provided that a veterinarian’s certificate and a request in writing is received by the Show Superintendent no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of judging.
