All tents/canopies MUST be weighed down in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Follow the instructions and specification sheets provided by the manufacturer to ensure Fire Marshal compliance. Bring your own weights (such as water-filled jugs, concrete blocks, and commercial weights) or rent sandbags in advance. The venue will levy fines or tents not weighted to the manufacturer’s specification.
Sand Bags $3.50 per bag – One sand bag weighs approximately 40 lbs); HODC will provide bailing twine. Rented Sandbags will be checked out on the grounds and must be returned to the same area.
