Sand Bag Rental – One Bag Per Canopy Leg $3.50 – One sand bag (approximately 40 lbs); HODC will provide bailing
twine. Rented Sandbags will be checked out on the grounds and must be returned to the same area
All tents/canopies MUST be weighed down in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Follow the instructions and spec sheets provided by the manufacturer to ensure Fire Marshal compliance. Bring your own weights (such as water-filled jugs, concrete blocks, and commercial weights) or rent sandbags in advance. The venue will levy fines or tents not weighted to the manufacturer’s specification.
