Reserved Grooming – Test page

Reserved Grooming – Coliseum South Hall

Reservations open November 5, 2025, at Noon MST. (Reservations are for the entire weekend Thursday through Monday.) All spaces are approximately 8′ x 10′; some may differ due to building restrictions.

  • One ~8 ‘ x 10’ space, NO electric – $75.00
  • One ~8 ‘ x 10’ space, WITH electric (one plug-in) – $165.00

There are 150 spaces available.  Reservations will close when the limit of 150 is reached.

Note: All reservations are contingent on available space, once the limit is reached email hodcgrooming@gmail.com to be placed on a wait list.

The undersigned agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Premium List as they relate to Reserved Grooming and use of this site. This statement of agreement includes the understanding that rules may change based on venue or State of Arizona requirements relative to infectious disease mitigation protocol. Reserved Grooming is a privilege extended by the Heart of the Desert Classic™, Sahuaro State Kennel Club, and the Lost Dutchman Kennel Club. The Clubs reserve the right to withdraw this privilege from any person who does not abide by the rules and instructions or resorts to abusive language and/or other tactics that contribute to a hostile environment. Any infractions will be referred to the Show Committee for appropriate action. Note: Access to the grounds and Reserved Grooming opens on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. MST. Emergency contact information must be available at the space if dogs are left in the South Hall Reserved Grooming area overnight.
