Sand Bag Rental: $3.50 per bag (approximately 40 lbs). One bag for each canopy leg. HODC will provide bailing twine.
All tents/canopies MUST be weighed down in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Follow the instructions and spec sheets provided by the manufacturer to ensure Fire Marshal compliance.

Bring your own weights (such as water-filled jugs, concrete blocks, and commercial weights) or rent sandbags in advance. The venue will levy fines or tents not weighted to the manufacturer’s specification. On the day of setup, exhibitors will be required to provide their name and contact information for each Unreserved Outdoor Setup space occupied.
